Updraftplus – not working

    Hi. I found this error on Updraft, which makes it impossible to use it.

    I cannot backup anymore. My last back up was in June. I have tried deactivating other plugins and even updated the theme. I also deleted updraft and reinstalled it but nothing changed. On the browser console I found the following errors. Can anyone please help me correct this? I have no code knowledge but I can make changes if someone guides me. Please! Thanks a lot.

    Please can you outline what happened when you tried the things documented in the link in this message?

    Hi. Sadly no changes. I tried disabling plugins and reinstalling wordpress as well as updating wordpress twice. Updraft dies not react. I do not know what the error showing on the log means and how to repair it. Thanks

    So, does the problem persist if you de-activate *all* plugins, switch to a default theme (e.g. TwentySeventeen), and run your browser in “Safe” or “Incognito” mode with no extensions loaded (browser extensions effectively have superpowers and some have been known to break JavaScript functions), and reload the page?

    However, what you said you’d done is “I tried disabling plugins and reinstalling wordpress as well as updating wordpress twice”. But that’s not identical to what I requested you try: “de-activate *all* plugins, switch to a default theme (e.g. TwentySeventeen), and run your browser in “Safe” or “Incognito” mode with no extensions loaded”.
