UpdraftPlus Not Restoring HELP!!!!!

    Hi.I work and maintain on site for a friend, broadwayweststudio.com. I am entirely self taught on wpress, I ask lots of questions, read alot, trial and error kind of thing..I have been doing this for almsot 5 yrs. Anyway,I added updraftplus to the sites I maintain and today, while working on another site I went to the site above and found it not there! I like omg! and it was hosted on godaddy and i called them and they said the database on the site was deleted but we were able to restore it to a 6 weeks earlier. I went into the ftp file manager and saw updraftplus and it backed it up last Friday. So I am like YEAH.. but then not sure what to do. I went into my wpadmin page went to updraftplus in setttings and went to hit restore and it says that there are no backups. But I can see them! How do I restore?? How to I get the updraftplus plugin to see last weeks file in Updraftplus. ? I have this as my directory /home/content/33/5480433/html/wp-content/updraft

    I dont know what the numbers in the middle mean.. but when I hit backup, there is a backup made but the download backup number says 0. but I can see it.

    Hi Kristina,

    If you can access your backup files directly via FTP, then there should be three zip files.

    One has “plugins”, another has “themes” and another has “content” in the file name. Unzip a fresh WordPress install, and then unzip those three files into it.

    To restore the database, find the file ending in “database”, and unzip that, then import it into your database.

    Hi, just after WP 3.6 update, I have no table left in my database…..just before I backed all up with UpdraftPlus.
    Which file must I restore with phpmyadmin? (no access to wp dashboard)

    -backup_2013-08-02-1436_Chambres_dhtes_Ardche_99ba7e246b2d-db-table-wp_options.table.tmp.gz
    -backup_2013-08-02-1436_Chambres_dhtes_Ardche_99ba7e246b2d-db.gz
    or
    backup_2013-08-02-1437_Chambres_dhtes_Ardche_a4fea97fec65-db.gz ??
