    Hi Yves,

Could you install a plugin called WP-Crontrol? This will allow you to see all scheduled tasks that WordPress is handling.
Then could you navigate to Tools->Cron Events and find the ‘updraft_backup’ and ‘updraft_backup_database’ events. Could you send us the details of those entries?

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply
I installed WP Control but I cannot see the cron for updraft
I had suspended it before and reactive it now so perhaps I have to wait
    Keep you informed

Are you looking in Tools -> Cron events or Settings -> Crontrol?

In settings / WP-Cron Schedules and nothing about updraft
In updraft the next back up is for the 28

I use W3 total cache do you think it’s possible with updraft ?
    Thanks

That’s the wrong place. The place my colleague mentioned:

    Hi David

Yes you’re right, sorry for the mistake
    Here the 2 lines

    updraft_backup None 2016-07-28 11:22:55 (2 days 2 hours) 1 week
    updraft_backup_database None 2016-08-01 10:02:41 (6 days 1 hour) 1 week

The settings on Updraft is on 1 week for files and database
The next run is not the same, it’s strange because the last backup was on the the 22

OK, thank you. The cron setting seems to be normal. Please can you link a screenshot of your ‘Existing Backups’ tab? This may give the clue!

    Hi Yves,

Could you send us a copy of some of the logs for the backups that ran? The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin, and post the links here.

I’m afraid the screenshot you sent is of the Settings tab. Could you send a screenshot of the ‘Existing Backups’ tab (‘Sauvegardes existantes’)?
