    I am using the plugin UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore on my site with the Customizr theme – PHP config 7.0. I see error while updating plugins and themes, I would like to confirm the Customizr theme is compatible with PHP 7.0 and Updraft Plus.

    the Customizr theme is compatible with PHP 7.0+

    What’s exactly the error message you get?
    Did you try disabling other plugins?

    Hi Rocco,

    Thanks for the reply. The error messages usually happen when I try to add a new plugin or update the theme. The problem is, the error is sporadic and it goes away by itself. Then it comes back randomly for reasons I don’t understand.

    I contacted my host, siteground and they said:

    The error you are experiencing can appear when the PhP version set on the site do not work properly with one of the modules or themes . I have also checked the error logs on the account and I was able to find the following error leading to one of the plugins : updraftplus

    Today, I installed some updates and the error didn’t appear so I am going to mark as resolved.
