UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore won’t update

I wanted to update UpdraftPlus on my site, but when I went to look at my plugins, it wasn’t there. Hmmm… I know it was there before. It’s been there for a year almost.

So, I tried to download/reinstall it, and I got an error message that said it couldn’t install because that directory already exists.

So, I can’t update it because it’s not in my list of plugins. And I can’t reinstall it because it says that directory already exists… I have UpdraftPlus on a second site and it’s working fine.

Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated!
