    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore has been failing for the past several days. I am backing up to Dropbox. Last successful backup was 9/27. I read the log file, but I don’t know what I am looking for. Help?

    I deactivated the plugin and re-activated it, but that didn’t help.

    I am running Version 2.12.20.1 of the plugin.

    Hi,

    Please could you update to version 1.13.11, and then attempt a fresh backup?
    Could you then send us a copy of the log for that backup?

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Thanks much. That seemed to work great. The backup was successful. Am I not able to use the Updraft plugin w/Migrator add-on to run backups?

    Hi,

    Apologies, I missed that you had a paid version of the plugin installed. You should be able to install the latest version of the paid version and run backups.
