UpdraftPlus Backup fails

    UpdraftPlus Backup fails with the following error messages:

    UpdraftPlus WordPress update is complete.
    Backup contains: Incomplete
    Last status: The backup attempt has apparently ended unsuccessfully.

    What I’ve done so far:

    “Split backups all”. Set to 25 MB.

    In the wp-config.php -> define (‘UPDRAFTPLUS_SET_TIME_LIMIT’, 90); inserted.

    The backup attempt is still unsuccessful.

    What else can I do?

    Hi,

    The log shows:
    “0019.759 (0) Dropbox: chunked upload exception (Dropbox_Exception): path (line: 237, file: /www/htdocs/w014a2b8/espresso-siebtraeger.com/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Dropbox2/OAuth/Consumer/Curl.php)”

    Please can you re-authenticate your Dropbox remote storage?
    After re-authentication, can you run a test backup and see if you get the same error.

    Hi,

    If you still get the same error.
    Could you please check what version of CUrl is installed? This will be found in UpdraftPlus Advanced Tools -> Site information page.
    It might be possible that your host is using an old or broken version of CUrl.

    Please can you check with your host/server admin?
    We did some tests on our and we can’t replicate the issue.
