    Hi,
    I made a Clone with UpdraftPlus and the cloned site is so slow it’s impossible to work with. Can this be fixed? What might be the problem? This is already the second time this has happened.

    I keep getting the following time out error message in my browser when trying to load it “Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    For your lives site, can you check your php PHP memory limit, runtime etc are in your php.ini so we can try and set up the clone to more closely match your live environment.

    Hi @vupdraft,
    Thanks for letting me know. I tried to enter a request on your paid support page but am not sure if it went through – I did not receive a confirmation (that it is why I tried it 3 times). Instead I was referred to the FAQ page each time. Could you check/confirm if my requests came in?
