    I’ve been using Updraft for about a month with no problem. Love it. On February 3rd it stopped working. Nothing–including two complete re-installs, a coincident deletion and re-creation of a Google Drive API project–has been able to get it started again.

    Power user, tech savvy, troubleshot the hell out of the setup, nothing changed on the server or on the site itself, except for the Updraft updates.

    Little help?

    I’ll get on this, but in the meantime, would you be so kind as to forward me a version of Updraft that doesn’t run into this issue, so that I can maintain a current backup while I get the PHP issue resolved? I host with Network Solutions and, as I am sure you are well aware, getting things sorted with them can be a bit of a slog.

    PS–you sent me 1.4.6, and that didn’t work, so I suspect it’s a prior version, yes?

    I put in a fix so that people with this PHP bug should still be OK.

    It would be good, however, if you can still deal with the PHP bug-tracker so that you can help them fix this bug once-and-for-all, so that nobody else has to deal with it in other projects in future.

    Except hitting Backup Now still generates a single line log file, with no back up, and running either of the Debug Backups generates a Server 500 error.

    I set it up to do a backup in 4 hours. We’ll see if it passes it over or runs it.

    PS–I rolled it back to 1.3.25 yesterday–no difference.

    Your previous log shows you were running 1.3.22 when you had it working – so was there a particular reason for choosing 1.3.25?

    You also don’t say which version you were now trying. But if debug/backup does not work then you won’t get anything better by waiting 4 hours.

    1.3.25 was a random guess.

    I’ll install that and see if it works.
