• Hi All,

I’m currently unable to install Updraft Plus on my new wordpress site. Whenever i browse for the plugin and click install i get the following error.

It says something about not being able to copy a file, and before installing it says that my version of wordpress (hosted on 000webhost) is compatible with this version of the plugin. So not sure what’s going on here.

Anyone have any suggestions that might help?

    Many thanks in advance.

  • My guess is 2 possible causes:
The storage space in your hosting area is full. This means that no more files can be stored. Contact your hoster about this.
Or: the permissions for the files are incorrect. The server must be allowed to write to them. To clarify this, you would also have to contact your hoster.

Hi threadi, i’ve got the basic account account which is 300mb storage space currently at 59% used. I paid for the upgrade to premium plan but the storage quota hasn’t increased on the site yet which i’m going to question in a case i raise with them today.

    Many Thanks
