UPDRAFT PLUS NOT WORKING

    Dear All,

    Thank you for your time in reading this.
    I had recently been hacked, therefore i deleted my entire wp site.
    Now i have reloaded a new WP site to my domain.

    While configuring Updraft plus, i use my Google Drive client secret and google drive client id then hit save. The page goes into an infinity loop of saving where the updraft logo just keeps spinning.

    Does this mean i should delete my Google drive secret key and id and proceed to create a new one. Also should i delete the previous updraft plus folder on my google drive?

    Any advise would be great. Thanks

    Hi,

    This sounds like there may be a JavaScript problem on the new site.
    Could you try the following:

    • Open your browser’s Developer Console (instructions here)
    • Reload the UpdraftPlus settings page
    • Attempt to save your Google Drive settings

    Do you see any errors appear in the console? Could you send a screenshot or copy of those errors?
