    Hi.

    Since migrating my web host provider, my Updraft Plus backup files no longer appear in DropBox and I no longer receive EMAILs at my website admin id stating that weekly backups have completed. I am on UpdraftPlus Version 1.10.3.

    The files do appear on my server in the wp-content/updraft folder but not in dropbox when I login directly or on my PC.

    Hi,

    Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic backup? (You can download it from the “Existing Backups” tab of your UpdraftPlus settings page).

    It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Thanks. The web hosting isn’t providing enough resources to manipulate larger zip files in the time it’s making available. You should configure UpdraftPlus to create smaller zip files, by doing this:

    1) Go to the UD settings page, and to the ‘Settings’ tab
    2) Down the bottom, open the ‘expert settings’ section
    3) Reduce the ‘split’ size from its current setting down to 100mb
    4) Save settings, and start a fresh backup

    That did the trick. I now get backups completing and the files are uploaded to dropbox. I also get the EMAIL now.
