Updraft Plugin unable to perform a manual backup

Do you see any other warning message in the UpdraftPlus Plugin page or in WP Control plugin? It will help us find out the exact cause of the issue.

Hi,

Could you try adding the following line of code to your wp-config.php file (above the ‘stop editing’ line):
define( ‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true );

This will enable the alternative WordPress Cron system. This is designed to allow scheduled tasks to be processed when the main WP Cron is not able to run.

Could you then attempt a new backup?

I already added that on 9/21. It didn’t seem to make a difference. I just tried backing up again now and the last log message says “0308.396 (0) The time we have been running (308.4) is approaching the resumption interval (333) – increasing resumption interval to 339”
