    It was working fine from couple of months, I tried to click on “back up” it doesn’t do anything, I tried to click on above options such has “migrate”, “clone”, “settings”,But nothing happens, I deactivated the plugin and re-activated still same issue then I delete the plugin and reinstall but its same.
    THe last backup it took was on 10 March.

    Please help me.

    Hello

    I have the most recent version and I can’t get it to do anything. I click on backup now – nothing. I click on settings. Nothing. I click on any tab, nothing……

    I am also having an issue, I could not import my backups – Had to upload in cPanel.

    Then can’t click restore, none of the tabs at the top work.

    Newest Version.

    I have just installed the plug in but unable to check any boxes on the settings tab on what files to include in the back up or for an email notification etc. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi all,

    Can you open the developer console and take a screenshot of it share it’s contents here

    It sounds like the javascript isn’t running or theres an error, possibly caused by a plugin conflict or partially installed plugin.

    Sorry – I’m new to all this – what is he developer console? do you mean I need to open the plug in itself and then send you a screen shot?
