Updraft only save “others” files

    Hello,

    I did severals saves of my website with Updraft Plus but now that I need to restore something, I realize that my saves are only the “others” files. When I try to restore, I only have the “others” case to check. Is it normal ?

    Also, is it possible to find all the files from this files ?

    Hi,

    You can select the other component by going to the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab, go to the “Include in files backup:” and select all the components you want to backup.

    To find the other backups, go to the “wp-content/updraft” folder of your WP install. That is the default storage folder location for UpdraftPlus.
