Updraft not working

    I don’t know what happened, but Updraft plugin not working. Nothing happen after click on button Settings and Backup.
    I tried to uninstall and install new version, it didn’t help.
    I have the same problem on several sites.

  • Can you tell us:
    – WordPress version
    – PHP version
    – Plugin version

    Try disabling all plugins except UpdraftPlus to check if it’s a plugin conflict.

    Are you seeing any error messages on the page, PHP/WordPress logs, or in the Console after clicking “Settings”, if so can you show/paste it?

    Wordpress 6.0.2
    PHP 8

    I can’t go into settings and print log also

    5 min ago I checked on another browser and it works. In Opera nothing…
    It strange, because for a long time it worked 100% perfectly…

    Try de-activating all your browser add-ons in Opera, and opening an “incognito” window – do you get the same result?

    Hi,

    Can you try deactivating your other plugins and switching to a default theme (perhaps 2022). If the issue goes away can you switch your theme back and check if the issue persists, if it still does not then can you reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the offending one.

    If deactivating the plugins does not resolve the issue, can you open the JS console and take a screenshot of any errors. Here are some instructions: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-open-my-browsers-developer-tools/
