Updraft not uploading database to Rackspace

  • Hi,

    I have installed updraft for database backup and have configured it to upload onto rackspace.

    The themes, plugins and uploads are being backed up fine. However, the database isn’t getting backed up on to Rackspace.

    The database is getting backed up on the local server directory though – /var/www/vhosts/ideabuff.com/httpdocs/wp-content/updraft.

    Hi,

    I am still facing this issue:

    The plugin, theme and upload files are getting backed up on Rackspace and in the directory – /var/www/vhosts/ideabuff.com/httpdocs/wp-content/updraft on my local server.

    However, the db is getting backed up only in the local directory and is not getting uploaded to Rackspace.

    Please help.
