Updraft not sending email after backup

    I have turned on the email notifications to send me an email after every back up. I always leave this on but now i dont get emails daily. my backups are still appearing, and the log is showing that it is sending an email, however i have no record of those emails in my inbox, i have 2 additional websites set up the same way and those are sending emails daily after every backup. this is the only site i have that does not send out email after every back up. my plugin is up to date and i have not changed any settings.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    This line indicates that WordPress/PHP handed the email over to your web hosting company’s mail server. To trace what happened to it after that, you’d need to ask them to trace it in their logs. (Check your spam folder too, of course, as one possible destination).

    yes, i already checked my spam folder, it still not arriving in any of my email inbox.

    What does the error message say, i.e. the exact and complete wording?
