Updraft just stopped working

    For me Updraft also stopped. Can press every button but nothing works?!?

    Hi @dv8info,

    It appears that the backup is being timed out before it can be completed.

    Please could you ask your hosts if it is possible to increase the PHP maximum execution time (or any other timeout limit) to at least 300 seconds?
    This will allow more time for the backup process to run each resumption.

    I would also recommend adding the ‘learn-press-logs’ folder to the Uploads ‘exclude these’ list, in the backup settings. This will help reduce the size of the backup.

    Thanks, I did both those things. It’s still not completing. I happened to notice when it stopped, the last log message was “Adding batch to zip file (UpdraftPlus_ZipArchive): over 25 MB added on this batch (133.9 MB, 2817 files batched, 54 (54) added so far); re-opening (prior size: 0 KB) (Nov 03 14:06:10)”
