Updraft just doesnt work

I use the free version of updraft. I press the button Backup now and it starts a process, but this process never finishes.
I have messages like this one displayed :
0232.112 (0) Adding batch to zip file (UpdraftPlus_BinZip): over 500 files added on this batch (6.9 MB, 6431 files batched, 501 (5109) added so far); re-opening (prior size: 19420.8 KB)The progress bar does not move.
I reinstalled the plugin once again but it didn’t help.

I have a problem, nothing works!
I can’t delete the previous one to make a newer backup – nothing happens. The last backup I managed to do was on September 2, 2020.
