Updraft has brought some peace of mind

I recently had an internal server error, and was temporarily locked out of the admin panel on my website. I was very worried about it, and am worried it could happen again. It seems to be resolved for now at least, with a WordPress update. This morning, even though it is a weekend, I sent a support ticket to Updraft requesting help to safe guard my site. The reply was prompt and helpful. I did a back up, and a clone of my site. Initially I thought the clone was going to be complicated, but it was very straight-forward. There is peace of mind knowing the site is backed up, because I have put thousands of hours, and a huge investment into my website.
