Updraft failed and deleted all plugins

    I tried to restore a backup of my client’s site, it couldn’t fetch the remote files so I uploaded them and rescanned. I went ahead with the restore, it encountered and error and then all the plugins were deleted. I couldn’t get the log.

    This is catastrophic. One of the plugins they use is Oxygen and all of the styling for the site is now gone. HELP!!

    Hi,

    Are you able to login to your website? If yes, do you see a “Continue restoration” button? Click that and it should continue the restoration process.
