?After the last update, I can’t backup my site using the UPDRAFT plugin anymore.
I looked at the log file of the Updraft plugin and found the following:

    Failed to open directory: /home/customer/www/prodreaminvestor.com/public_html/wp-content/filebird-uploads
0005.425 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job

So I went and checked the folder through FTP.
I also get an error when I try to open the FILEBIRD-UPLOADS folder through FTP.
    SEE HERE —> https://ibb.co/KFkdcvS
    Moreover, that folder seems empty…

This error prevents the whole backup process…
    Can we fix this?

I am using backups every single day in case something goes wrong, and I feel really vulnerable now…

    Hi @releasejim ,

OK, so this folder is just a temporary folder created by FileBird to support the download feature and not so important, it would be automatically deleted. OR
You can delete or exclude the folder from your backup schedule.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-
