updraft crashed all plugins gone, cant restore

dear supporters, hope you can help me out immediately with my request regarding a huge backup problem which occured yesterday. Unfortuneately the explorer crashed. By reloading the word press site it wasnt possible to get access to the plugins because all of them were gone even though the updraft plus. after reinstalling the updraft plugin i tried to establish the plugins. Now it says that I do not have the necessary permission to get access to the site.
Also the updraft plugin is gone on my wordpress after reloading the site an relogged on my wordpress.
please help me sorting out the problem asap!
