I wanted to test some plugin updates before applying them to the site, so as usual I bought some tokens from Updraft, then cloned the website with Updraft.

In the past this used to always clone the site and all its software, themes, and so on perfectly.

However this method no longer works. When I clone the site, it now clones only some default, minimal WP installation without my plugins or theme.

Currently I’m using a different Upraft Plus account than the one I normally use. Does this make a difference? Thanks

    Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log? You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location. You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Regards,
    Bryle

Please can you make a fresh attempt now? A new clone image has been launched this afternoon. If you still have an issue, please post a new log. We are sorry for the trouble!
