    Hi,

So…. I install & Activate Updraft, and it says activated. No problem…
But, Updraft is not showing up, and Updraft plugin is not even showing up.

Says Active: UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin
    Active
    More Details
Backup and restoration made easy. Complete backups; manual or scheduled (backup to Dropbox, S3, Google

But does not show up on Installed Plugins.

I cannot remove the plugin normally.

    What I’ve tried:

    1.
I am able to remove the plugin by removing or renaming the directory in Plugins, but then when I install again, it just doesn’t show up.

    2.
I am able to install (and not activate), then remove, then reinstall the plugin. But… as soon as I activate, it disappears from the Installed Plugins page.

    Any clue?

    Hi,

First can you please check if the plugin is not being blocked by your server/host?

If not, the best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.

Then manually upload the plugin via FTP. Go back to you WordPress dashboard and activate the plugin.

    Regards,
    Bryle
