    Hello,
two questions, first relates to the next.

    1. I have screenshots to help explain the text, but cannot see any button that will allow me to upload from my computer. The ‘img’ tab just asks for a URL

2.Last week before performing the usual plugin updates I noticed that all my previous backup Zipfiles in Dropbox have disappeared for no reason.
So I performed a manual backup and there now appears a file I don’t recognise and cannot open called Updraft.com of only 1 kb and a verification email that the backup was successful.
So essentially WordPress have emailed me that I have successfully uploaded nothing.
The Updrfat is the free version so I am not sure whether it is their problem.

    Hi,

You will need to use an online service (such as https://snag.gy/) to upload the screenshot, and post the link here.

We recently changed the method in which UpdraftPlus authenticates with Dropbox. This may be the cause of the issue. Have you re-authenticated with Dropbox recently?

Could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab. You will need to use an online service such as Pastebin to upload the contents, and post the link here.
