Updraft backup won’t finish error is (Not finished)

    Hello, I have a problem with our site, Updraft won’t create a backup. we tried to create a backup several times but it still fails

    The status is just (Not Finished) We also didn’t touch anything on the site and it was working perfectly without problems and then last week this issue came out of nowhere.

    We tried to disconnect Dropbox and use Google drive but the result was still the same. disconnect and reconnecting don’t seem to help. any possible solutions for this issue?

    Hi,

    Does the backup complete if you exclude the uploads component? Can you try that? If it still fails to complete can you send us new copy of the backup with the uploads component excluded.
