Hello, I’ve tried restoring from a previous backup and I continually get “This file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file.”

I’ve even downloaded the back up zip file from my host to my desktop and reuploaded the back up to updraft under the “back up” tab. I then clicked the “rescan local storage” button and hit the “restore” button once more. It’s still telling me “file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file.”

Any help would be great. Thanks so much.

    Hi,

Can you please try to download the backup files from the remote storage manually then upload it to wp-content/updraft folder and try to click “Rescan local folder for backups”, This will shows the backups in the list and then you can try to click restore button.

    Regards,
    Bryle
