Updraft Backup process runs but all attempts say they aren't completed

    I installed UpdraftPlus backup yesterday and connected it to my Dropbox. There are no errors, but when I run a backup, the taskbar moves along as if there’s progress, but in the Existing Backup tab all of them say Not Finished. On the first tab “Current Status” it also says No Backup Has Been Completed.

    Hi,

    Could you send a copy of the latest backup log?
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin and post the link here

    On the first tab it says this under Last Log Message:

    Adding batch to zip file (UpdraftPlus_ZipArchive): possibly approaching split limit (118.4 Mb, 283 (1273) files added so far); last ratio: 0.9699; re-opening (prior size: 382700.4 Kb) (Jan 08 10:17:15)

    Does that help at all? I wonder if it’s just my Dropbox capacity. I deleted most of what I had there.

    Hi,

    Could you post the full contents of the log (using pastebin or a similar service)? This will give a full view of what is happening during the backup

    You can download the log file from the Existing Backups tab.

    I think the problem is really dropbox. ?? I’ll have to come up with an alternative way to dump the files.
