Updraft Backup fails without a clear error

Hi,

The log shows
“0026.486 (0) The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).
”
> Can you check that you have more then enough disk space storage for the backups?

Good evening,
I just made a backup with updraftplus, I had no error message,
Everything seems to have been ok, but the website does not appear,

absolutely nothing has changed after the restoration (I still have the hello world page)

can some one help me please

Hi @bcrodua,
the cpanel summary screen shows 48.83GB free, 1.77GB used. I’ve done a full backup of the server using cpanel, and the entire server backup file is < 600MB – so I don’t think it is a space issue.
Anything else you suggest I try ?

Are you able to back up and restore successfully?

It looks like the error you faced might be related to a specific time. It might not recur again.
