updraft-admin-common-1-23-7.min.js?ver=1.23.7:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery

    My updraftplus plugin is not working , like no key in the plugin page is working . when i click on any key , this is the error i noted :

    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at updraft_backup_dialog_open (updraft-admin-common-1-23-7.min.js?ver=1.23.7:1:10167)
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (options-general.php?page=updraftplus:340:167)

    .

    .

    and when clicked on sourcefile , it says in this line no jQuery found :0 == jQuery(“#updraftplus_incremental_backup_link”).data(“incremental”) && “incremental” == t ? (jQuery(“#updraft-backupnow-modal .incremental-free-only”).show(),

    Hi,

    There could be another plugin that is causing conflict. Can you try to temporarily deactivate other plugins and see if you get the same issue? You could also try using a different browser as some browser extensions can also cause conflict with UpdraftPlus.

    i tried deactivating all the plugins , even after deactivating all the plugins , its the same problem . later on what i got to know is that all the plugins get activated , but when i go to plugins settings page , the buttons or any kind of option is not functioning . and this is happening with all the plugins

    Thanks for testing.

    Can you delete the plugin and reinstall? It could also be that the installation failed partway.
