    Hi mate,

I appreciate the frequent updates to your plugin. However, kindly let me notify you that your updates will not have any effect on most websites.

Once I update your plugin, the htaccess remains the same. Only when I manually deactivate and then reactivate your plugin, the changes become visible in the htaccess.

  • Hi there, thanks for your input.

As I had the plugin rewritten and updated the other day you do need to ‘deactivate’ and ‘activate’ the plugin for the time being for the .htaccess to update.
I believe this was what caused a few issues in the old code where it would update on it’s own and on a rare occasion it would mess up the text in the .htaccess file.

The priority was to publish a fix for this bug so temporarily the plugin does not have auto-updating but it will be back in hopefully the next update!
