Updating WP help

  • Hi I’ve come back to my blog after some time and am a bit rusty on procedures. The help pages talk about simply going to your admin area of your blog , to Dashboard and then the ‘Updates Menu’ …. err … but I dont see an updates menu anywhere so how the heck do I update to 3.1.3?
