  • Hi @avdsm,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with WooCommerce translations after updating your WordPress version to 6.4.5.

As I can confirm that WooCommerce was recently updated to version 9.2.2, are you able to confirm if the issue persists with that version?

Also ensure that all your plugins and themes are up-to-date. Translation files are sometimes updated in newer versions. Be sure to verify that the translation files for are present and correctly named in the WooCommerce directory.?

Let us know if this helps.

Yesterday I tried. Updated WordPress to the latest version. After that, WooCommerce also updated to the latest version.
    But the problem remained.
I tried the Loco Translate plugin. But it also shows that all translations are done 100%. However, the translation is not performed on the site.

Where can I look for this and what should they be called?
I have a folder on my server ../pilotorg.ru/public_html/wp-content/languages/plugins

And there are two files there.
    woocommerce-ru_RU.mo
    woocommerce-ru_RU.po

Is this how it should be?
Yesterday, when the problem reappeared, I copied them to the individual folder via the Loco Translate plugin. ../pilotorg.ru/public_html/wp-content/languages/loco/plugins

But the problem did not disappear. It still exists.

    Hey, @avdsm!

    Thanks for the information.

Do you mind sharing more details about the issue?

What parts of the website are not translated? Or is it everything?

The reason I’m asking is because version 9.2.2 has a bug that affects the translations and I want to check if the issue you are having might be it ??

If you want you can check our GitHub report on it here. A fix for this should be on 9.3.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Only the WooCommerce pages are not translated.
Product pages, Related products, Tabs, shopping cart, checkout, customer profile page, etc.

Now I’ll try to use version 9.3.

I couldn’t use your changes from GITHub.
I guess I don’t have a high level in WordPress.
Most likely I’ll wait until you fix everything.
In the meantime I’ll go back to the version of woocommerce 9.1 and the version of wordpress 6.4.5 and wait.
