updating wordpress failed

  • HI my website is hosted on windows server 2019 i am updating wordpress to the latest version. I got the following message:

    The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-admin/includes/update-core.php

    Installation failed.
    what should I do?
