Thanks for your help and patience. I am going to upgrade the website and will give the result tomorrow. (here in Europe it is 22.20)

A last question. The last step:How do you run the upgrade manually? We didn’t manage to do that yet

This last link didn’t give the right result. Server problems.

Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folders before uploading the new ones.
