Updating to WP 5.4 not possible

Hi there,
I am having trouble to update a website to 5.4, after a few seconds I am getting a message from my browser (firefox, but same with chrome) “Fehler: gesicherte Verbindung fehlgeschlagen” (error: can’t establish a secure connection).
The Host told me to ask wordpress directly, because I also run a https-report which is saying that there is a FAIL on the IP-address of the API of www.remarpro.com.
Does anybody have an idea how to solve it?

I already tried disabling all plugins and switching back to default theme, it did not help,
the health check also does not report anything…If anyone could have a look at this https-report, there ist a FAIL in 7.:
