Updating to version 2.4.9 – error “Plugin Not Found”

I have the Pro version of Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce. I have the message in my plugin list that there is a new version available.
But when I click on “View version 2.4.9 details” a message pops up that says “PLugin Not Found.” I do have the plugin, it is activated, and it is working.
I have reached out to JEM support twice and have not rec’d a response.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
