Updating to New version causes fatal error

  • Please help me on this.
    I’ve tried some on the forums but to no help.
    This happen when I update to the new version of wordpress.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/glc/public_html/wordpress/wp-blog-header.php on line 14
