Updating to 2.0 through cpanel – any risks?

Ahh..through Fantastico? What version do they have there? 2.0? 2.0.2 just got released, so you might want to go to that.

They have version 2.0.1 ready and I currently have 1.5.1.3 installed.

I guess after I switch to 2.0.1 they’ll come with the latest version too after a while.

So…it’s safe to do it through fantastico?
(with plugins disabled)

I’ve never had a problem with fantastico. Take that for what it’s worth.
