I am trying to update the plugin from 10.4.9 to 10.4.12 and keep getting an error

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”. Can you please advise. It has happened 4 times. I run pHp 8 and WordPress 5.8.3.

I think I need to change the way the Editor Blocks are registered under WP 5.8. With version 5.9, it seems to be fine. I’ll be doing more tests tomorrow with the hopes of pushing out an update tomorrow to address this issue.

    Apologies for the trouble!

I am following up to let you know that I just released the update that should correct this issue. It should show up on your Plugins admin page as an available update within 24 hrs.

I hope this helps; please let me know. Again, I apologize for the trouble.

    Hi Steven,
I’m seeing the same “There has been a critical error on this website” message when I try to edit an entry. All my plugins are up-to-date as of 2/9/2022, and running WP 5.9.

This is different from the op. could you please open your own support ticket so as not to spam other users with the replies? Thanks!

The first thing to check is your PHP error logs. If you do not know where to find those, please ask your web host support team. Do the actions that result in the error, then immediately view the error log. That should hint as to the cause. Let m know what you learn in your ticket. Thanks!
