Updating the plugin overwrites my template

  • Hi,

    I’m currently trying to update my site including the Kadence Email Designer plugin and WooCommerce.

    I’m currently on the following versions:

    Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer: v1.1.4
    WooCommerce: v3.5.3

    After updating the Kadence plugin to the latest version and not WooCommerce I lose my email templates.

    I’ve tried exporting the template settings before the update and importing after the update but this doesn’t seem to make any affect to my templates. I can just see the default template.

    Any help would e greatly appreciated!

    How come you are not updating Woocommerce? 3.5 is pretty old now.

    When you say you are losing your templates can you explain that a little more? What is showing? Can you send a screen shot?
