Updating the changelog? / Option to add individual social icons?

Hi,

would be nice if you could update https://www.competethemes.com/help/tracks-changelog/

And, after viewing https://github.com/BenSibley/tracks/commit/e6c807b06d456a309e8f0300855effb840170cdf because it wasn′t up-2-date and reading “added Pocket to social icons” I have a suggestion/wish/idea:
Could you please add ipernity.com, too (it′s a non-commercial, userdriven page to share photos, videos, blogs etc.). Or – even better – add the possibility for end-users to add their own additional social icon-pages? By giving them the option for a name, an url and an icon which should be added to the list of social icons?
