Updating text of a page in wordpress

  • When I paste a page of 20,000 words on the website and hit the update button, WordPress updates only a third of the contents and leaves out the rest. Is the page too large or there is another hitch? Kindly help.

  • I don’t have a specific answer however why don’t you paste in chunks? It only takes a few extra minutes and is worth the effort.

    To me, that’s a fairly massive paste. I think I’d save as a draft progressively, and then update.
