Updating Stream from Widget

  • So this plugin is almost everything I want from a twitch plugin, I currently have a set up where it has a stream with the widget next to it so you can see all the streams available.

    What I would like to do is to be able to click a channel in the widget and have it update the current stream from the plugin.

    Any ideas on how you would do that? Maybe assign the stream shortcode an ID and then update the ID?

    Could you give me a link with your current setup so I have a better idea on the feature you are proposing?

    I think he is asking for something like an AJAX function that updates the stream he is currently viewing with the one from the sidebar.
    I have a similar setup and my approach is to link the sidebar items to static pages I previously created which display different streams. It’s not that beautiful since it has to reload page but it works and requires literally no customization.
