Updating Review Widget to Display Correct Number of Reviews

    Hi guys, real quick question. i have your plugin for wordpress. And i have the Google Review widget in my footer (embedded through shortcode). It does not look to be updating the number of reviews (still says 68 google reviews when we have about 73). Curious to know how i can update this to reflect the correct total number of reviews?

    Thanks for the reply. Just to ensure i understand the functionality of this plugin correctly:
    1. I can manually refresh the update by connecting the MyGoogleReviews URL again
    OR
    2. Every 10 days, i have an option to ‘fetch new reviews’

    Is that correct? Reviews will not be updated in real-time (I need to take a manual action to do so)

    2nd, in the free version, am i only allowed a single widget (ex. i cant have 1 widget for my footer area and a 2nd widget (different styling, layout, widget type for my company page)?

    Hi @avagolf !

    You can manually update the reviews 10 days after the last refresh under the “My reviews” tab. Also you can create only 1 widget.

    Recently these was an issue with the update, that’s why we recommended to connect the URL again.

    Auto daily update for the reviews and unlimited widget usage are available with a paid subscription in the website: trustindex.io.
