Updating rating after Feb 2020 update

Plugin has greatly lowered its quality, configurations, possibilities, accessibility and endless issues, which we do not understand, because it was perfect, we gave it 5 stars, but now we cannot grant more than 1 for its serious limitations, sorry, but it′s not understandable, even we lost all our configurations as basing on the new possible configurations, we can′t get back our initial configs (transparent background, arrow dissapeared before at site when it was not necessary, etc…)
