Updating Pro has not worked, Pro fields gone

I upgraded the Pro version by first uploading it to the site, deactivating the previous plugin and activating the new. After this was done I deleted the old version and went about working. After a few hours the site acted as though I did not have the API Key in and still has a warning at the top of the admin page. Even though in the Woocommerce settings tab for PPOM the API Key is in. When I click on the button that is inside the warning it states I do not have access to that page. In the meantime this has taken all of my pro categories of the site and I can’t even edit them in the PPOM section as they are gone. I need these back.
