I have been able to get back into the website and for the customer the website is back up as well, thank goodness.

But every time I click any of the side bars to edit, it brings me back to the WordPress Installation Process page?

It seems like a glitch or something maybe?

Now I am back out of the website.
When I follow the instructions on that video using FileZilla it ways “Connecion closed by the server” “Could not connect to server”? Is there another option?

Ask your hosting provider why you cant connect to the server.

Now I can get into www.remarpro.com with my login but once I press anything at all it brings me to the wordpress installer page again, so strange.
